Every use, publishing or reproduction of the logotype must have a previous authorization of CENIEH, which will not be responsible for any document or visual element that has not the authorization mentioned before.
The failure of the fulfillment of the conditions of use, or the inappropriate use of CENIEH logotype will lead to legal prosecution according to the Intellectual Property current legislation.
