Postdoctoral Researcher in Biomechanics and Human Evolution
Adrián Pablos has a degree in Biology and is European doctor in Paleontology by the Alcalá University-UAH. His PhD was awarded with the “Tübingen research prize for Early Prehistory and Quaternary Ecology” of the Tübingen University. He is honorary lecturer-researcher (Dept. life-sciences, UAH). His research is mainly focused in the study of the postcranial skeleton of hominins, especially that related to foot remains, including biomechanical reconstructions and estimates of body mass and stature of fossil humans. He is author of several scientific publications in specialized journals as Science, PNAS, Plos-One o J.Human.Evolution among others. He presented several scientific communications in national and international scientific meetings and has participated in some research competitive projects. During his scientific trajectory he got a number of research national and international grants/contracts (pre- and postdoctoral), and he made research stays in different international R&D centers. He has docent experience in several national and international Universities.
